Another Correction

I was wrong, it was Tom Baker; Colin played the sixth one, silly me. Do you think they may be brothers?

Correction

It's Colin, not Tom, Baker. Pardon me.

Broadband over power lines?!

Some company in the states is trying to find a way to create a broadband connection over power lines—that's right power lines. It was tried before in the early nineties, but "blown transformers and blocked signals" caused the project to be shelved, until now. I forgot how they're going to do this, but the great news is, rural areas won't need to wait for broadband suppliers to get off their butts, and the theoretical bandwidth is 5 Mbps, faster than a T1 connection!

Doctor Who Continues

Good news, the BBC is planning to continue Dr. Who, starting in 2005, hopefully. The latest Doctor (I don't know if Rowan Atkinson's Doctor should count) according to Tom Baker, the guy who played the famous fourth Doctor (I assume he's producing this project, probably very fond of his old days) is going to be Eddie Izzard, and I don't think he'll do too bad.
